Work
Hannah worked during 15 years for the central government of the Netherlands: the ministry of Housing, the ministry of Home Affairs and the Government Training Institute. In the last she was successively trainer and facilitator, head of the Training department and head of the Educational department. After this she was senior consultant with a external consultancy and training firm.
In 1989 she started Nathans Consultancy, specialised in advising, training and coaching professionals.
In 1993 she was one of the first in the Netherlands who started to work with the Enneagram.
In 2007 she sold Nathans Consultance - for which in the meantime a team of 15 persons was working - to Rijnconsult. She stays associated with Nathans Rijnconsult (www.nathansrijnconsult.nl) as commissioner and adviser and is developping for them a program on Spirituality in the Workplace.
Besides her business life she teaches Jewish subjects and acts as spiritual counsellor. In 2008 she founded HaMakor, center for Jewish Spirituality (www.hamakor.nl) and Tikkoen, for psychospiritual and transpersonal growth (www.tikkoen.com). She teaches the Enneagram Professional Training Program, an international program that trains professionals in using the Enneagram in their profession both psychologically and spiritually and supports individuals in their personal growth (www.enneagram-nederland.nl, www.enneagram.com). In this program she is developing three new learning lanes: Professional Mastership, Enneagram Coach and Personal Mastership.

Education
Hannah studied sociology (master) and psychology (exams). She is a Certified Management Consultant and was registered as Behavioral Science Trained Trainer by the Dutch Institute of Psychologists. She is a graduate of the professional training programs of the Center of Intuitive and Creative Development. She was certified by Helen Palmer as Enneagram Teacher. She studied kabbalah with Warren Kenton and mussar with the Mussar Institute of Alan Morrinis. She was certified as Jewish Spiritual Director by Lev Shomea, Institute for the Training of Spiritual Directors in the Jewish Tradition. She studied at the Levisson Institute, the liberal Rabbinic College in Amsterdam, and at the university of Amsterdam, where she got a BA in Hebrew language and culture and hopes to finish her MA soon. She is studying in the Aleph Rabbinic Ordination Program.

Hannah is the author of Adviseren als tweede beroep, resultaat bereiken als adviseur (Consulting as second profession) (1991/1995/2005); The Enneagram at work, towards personal mastery and social intelligence (Cyan/Scriptum 2000/2004); Typisch ik, typisch jij; het enneagram, een handleiding bij mensen (Typically you, typically me, the enneagram a manual with people) (Scriptum 2005), the book with the KRO Enneagram Film series, and about 50 articles published in national and international professional papers. Hannah is/was board member of the Dutch Network of Female Management Consultants, cofounder and president of Kreanet, network of creativity facilitators in the Netherlands, founder of the European Network Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, cofounder of the Enneagram Business Network Europe, president of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition, co founder, president and honorary member of the Enneagram Foundation Netherlands, secretary of Sja'ar, responsible for liberal Jewish education in the Netherlands.
